Hooks for tsdown.

## Properties

### build:before

```ts
build:before: (ctx) => void | Promise<void>;
```

Invoked before each Rolldown build.
For dual-format builds, this hook is called for each format.
Useful for configuring or modifying the build context before bundling.

### build:done
